THAWING & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw under refrigeration 12-24 hours. Soup is ready to serve – Do Not Dilute.
Steam Kettle: Remove from pouch. Heat at simmering point for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Water Immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering (95˚C) water for 30 minutes.

Water, potatoes (potatoes, calcium chloride, salt, disodium EDTA), half and half cream (milk, cream, carrageenan, disodium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate), milk ingredients, modified corn starch, bacon (pork, water, sugar (sugar, brown sugar), salt, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, cultured celery powder, sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, flavour, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, spices, smoke), salt, dehydrated potato flakes (potatoes, monoglycerides (made from highly refined soy bean oil), sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid), canola oil, dehydrated garlic, chicken fat (chicken fat, natural flavouring), citric acid, onion powder, parsley flakes, smoke flavor (maltodextrin, smoke flavour, silicon dioxide).
