THAWING & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw under refrigeration 24 – 36 hours.
Water Immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering (95˚C) water for 40 minutes.
Convection Oven: Remove from pouch. Heat 35 – 45 minutes at 150˚C in a covered pan.
Portioning Utensil: Ladle (115 ml/4 oz)
